Goods return policy

  • For certain types of goods the seller grants a specific warranty for a longer than standard period of time, in this case the term is specified in the descriptions of such goods in the online store www.duranus.lt and/or in the product warranty voucher. Otherwise the 2-year guarantee (legal guarantee) for all goods is valid.

    The warranty does not apply to: ***

    • goods which have signs of dismantling or mechanical damage;
    • goods that have not been used for their intended purpose;
    • goods whose defects are due to the fault of the buyer;
    • goods with damaged serial stickers;
    • when the damage is due to environmental factors (storms, rain, etc.), force majeure (fire, flood) or accidental external factors (voltage surges, etc.);
    • if the damage is due to liquids, objects, etc.in the product;
    • if the buyer does not present the purchase document (invoices, check);
    • damages due to the use of non-original accessories;
    • wearing parts (wires, connectors, batteries, holders, etc.);

    *** The provisions of the limitation or non-application of the guarantee are harmonized with Article 6.333 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. Part 3.

    In cases where, according to the legislation, a certain shelf life is determined for specific goods, the Seller undertakes responsibility to sell such goods to the Buyer in such a way that he will be given a real opportunity to use such goods before the expiry date.

    Returns and Replacement of Goods

    The defects of the goods sold are being eliminated, goods of a non-quality nature are replaced and returned in accordance with Article 6.228-10 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

    The Buyer has the right to return the goods notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail, indicating the item he wants to return and order number) not later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods.

    The following conditions must be met when returning goods to the buyer:

    The return item must be in the original unmarked packaging;

    The Product must be in a good condition;

    The item must remain intact in appearance (undamaged labels, non-shielded protective films, etc.) (this does not apply in the case of returning of a defective product);

    The return item must be 100% complete and including any accessories, manual and documentation that was shipped with the product.

    When returning the goods, it is necessary to submit its purchase document and the filled in return document specified in the Rules.

    The Seller has the right not to accept Goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer fails to comply with the procedure for the return of goods specified in this Article.

    The goods must be returned by the Buyer to the address Liepsnos str. 3, Vilnius 03154 on business days from 8:00 to 17:00, or sent with Buyer's chosen courier. In case the goods are returned on the basis of the buyer's right to return the Goods provided in these Rules, the Buyer shall bear the costs of goods return. With the reception of defective goods the Seller undertakes the responsibility to replace them with analogical goods and cover the costs of return. In case the Seller does not have the same goods, he returns the money paid to the Buyer for the item (s).

    Return and replacement of goods is carried out in accordance with Article 6.228-10 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

    Goods supplied upon request can not be returned.
