Single-component polyurethane adhesive characterized by a high setting speed. It doesn’t contain solvents and hardens after contact with air or humidity of the surfaces to bond. It is suitable to obtain water resistant bonding in compliance with EN 204-205 class D4 standards. Designed for water-resistant bonding of wooden elements when a fast mechanical hold is necessary (10 minutes of clamp hold at room temperature) in order to permit working of manufactured articles. Suitable for powerful bonding of wood elements to porous and non-porous surfaces and applications which require high mechanical stress in assembly and in external application. Typical applications: • Bonding in metal construction; aluminium, stainless steel, galvanised steel, copper. • Bonding of metal corner connections in doors and windows. • Bonding of synthetic materials; PVC, fibre-reinforced plastics etc. • Bonding of insulating materials including expanded polystyrene and polyurethane panels. • Powerful bonding of wood and wood-derived, as plywood. • Chemical bonding of rock, mineral, marble, plasterboard, concrete ecc.
